We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at E-NET SOLUTIONS INC.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a technical support role
  • Knowledge of JavaOS, networking software, and security
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
