Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at E-NET SOLUTIONS INC.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues using technical manuals, guides, and other resources
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex technical issues
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience
  • Supervise and train other technical support workers in the team
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent certificate or diploma in a related field
  • Experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and network technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with JavaOS, networking software, and security
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as C#, C++, and SQL
  • Experience with database software and business diagram software
