About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at SE Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients in acute and rehab settings, providing client-centered care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and well-being
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to adapt to new computer applications and technology
