* Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
* Resolve product and service-related problems
* Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
* Train or assist in the training of other workers
* Supervise other technical staff
* Provide consultative services to translators, interpreters and technical writers
* Recommend products or services to customers

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree
* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
* Proficiency in Jira, Salesforce, iOS, and communication software
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
