About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobility and Accessibility Sales Consultant to join our team at Motion. As a Mobility and Accessibility Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for working directly with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions for their mobility and accessibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a Motion customer experience by ensuring the needs of our clients are met and that we fulfill our promise to make life accessible.
  • Drive business by researching, making cold calls, and expanding our client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare facilities in our community.
  • Train and be trained by spending time with our technicians, learning the functionality of the devices, and gaining comfort with the basic mechanics.
  • Create and document sales leads and client details in our CRM.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing sales and service position.
  • Construction skills, including the ability to assemble, build, or repair.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to engage clients in a meaningful way to ensure their individualized needs are met.
  • Flexibility, including a valid driver's license and ability to travel to client homes, schools, and hospitals throughout the region.
