The Role:

We are seeking a Mobility and Accessibility Consultant to join our sales and service team in Kitchener. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. You will be responsible for managing the full cycle of a client relationship, from initial consultation to delivery and installation of custom mobility devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a Motion customer experience by ensuring the needs of our clients are met and that we fulfill our promise to make life accessible.
  • Drive business by researching, making cold calls, and expanding our client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare facilities in our community.
  • Train and be trained on the functionality of our products and services.
  • Create and document sales leads and client details in our CRM.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing sales and service position.
  • Comfortable using a range of tools and equipment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to engage clients in a meaningful way to ensure their individualized needs are met.
  • Flexibility to travel to client homes, schools, and hospitals throughout the region.
