About the Role

We are seeking a strategic contract leader to join our team at the Government of Alberta. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and direction for contracted services delivery performance monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for contract performance management, contract service delivery, provincial quality standards and contract monitoring
  • Provide strategic advice on contracting, vendors, supply chain and quality, performance management
  • Lead strong teams accountable for service delivery and develop relationships with complex stakeholders and partners

Requirements

  • Progressive leadership experience in senior management roles
  • Strong understanding of contract monitoring and vendor management, quality assurance and monitoring and contract standards
  • Fiduciary experience and ability to lead staff and build strong lines of communication and trust

What We Offer

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $132,652 - $174,329 annually, depending on bi-weekly pay. As a valued member of our team, you will have opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and innovative work environment.
