Job Title: Senior Contract Manager

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement contracting strategies to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

  • Manage contract performance, including monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in contract management.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, law, or engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on mega-projects and complex contracts.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective contract management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
