Job Title: Senior Contract Manager

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement contracting strategies to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on contract management best practices, including risk assessment, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project controls, including scope development, evaluation criteria, and project management requirements.
  • Manage the commercial team to ensure effective contract administration, including contract change management, claims, and close-out.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Procurement and Legal teams.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on contract management principles and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction/Project Management, or related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in contract management on mega-projects, developing contracting strategies, scope development, evaluation criteria, and project management requirements.
  • Experience developing, managing, and closing out large contracts (> $1b) preferably multidisciplinary contracts (EPC/EPCM, Partnership/Alliance/IPD agreements).
  • Excellent planning and contract management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others at all levels of the organization.
