Job Title: Senior Contract Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team at the Nuclear Waste Management Organization. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing contracting strategies, managing contract administration, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement contracting strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage contract administration, including contract negotiation, drafting, and review
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate contract risks
  • Provide expert advice on contract management best practices

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 4-year University education in a relevant field
  • Over 10 years of experience in contract management, preferably on mega-projects
  • Excellent planning and contract management skills
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
