Baker - Freshness Expert

We're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at COBS Bread. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for leading our freshness commitment and ensuring our customers receive the highest quality baked goods.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a small team to bake each morning, following carefully crafted recipes
- Contribute to a great customer experience by maintaining a clean and organized bakery
- Be responsible for reading production schedules and recipes, measuring and mixing ingredients, moulding and shaping dough, and processing everything through the ovens
- You're an early riser who can work independently or as part of a small team
- You have pride in what COBS offers the community
- You have a great attitude and good organizational skills
- You share in a commitment to the success of your team, the bakery, and to your own development
- Continuous standing/walking for all tasks
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 22 kg
- Frequent turning and reaching
- Occasional pushing, pulling and some forward bending
- Ability to lift at least 2.5 kg to a height of 1.7 meters
- Constant use of both hands, with frequent wrist rotation and flexing, occasional forceful gripping
