Our team includes business valuators and litigation and forensic accountants who work with clients to provide high-quality professional services.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Services Professional to join our Financial Advisory Services Group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business valuations, financial analysis, and financial reporting. They will work closely with our team to provide expert advice to clients and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare reports on business valuations, financial planning, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial statements, legal agreements, and tax returns
- Gather and analyze investment and transactional data from public and licensed sources
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Relevant work experience in a litigation or business valuations role
- Enrolled in the Chartered Business Valuators program
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and financial reporting
- Strong Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
