Circle Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Manager, Acquisition to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy for our patient acquisition channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our new patient activations, ensuring we hit our targets, as well as launching and scaling new acquisition channels such as affiliates, partnerships, paid social, video, out-of-home, and more.

This is a unique opportunity to own marketing strategy across the entire acquisition funnel, from creative briefing and approval to optimizing and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven commercial leader with a proven track record of scaling channels, developing and rolling out new campaigns, and managing multiple channels. They will be responsible for paid and organic marketing and will be focused on maximizing reach, awareness, and engagement while maintaining an efficient CAC:LTV ratio.

The Senior Growth Manager, Acquisition will be responsible for:

  • Aligning patient acquisition plans to the P&L budget through forecasting and management of LTV, CAC, ROAS, reporting on results, and identifying opportunities for scale and/or improvement.
  • Taking ownership of the acquisition marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Refining attribution strategies and incrementality measurements to drive efficient marketing spend.
  • Improving reach, awareness, engagement, and traffic, ultimately leading to high-value user acquisition.
  • Proactively identifying and executing new user acquisition opportunities, exploring new channels or media buys to generate incremental patient booking.
  • Overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of acquisition campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to partnerships, social media, and affiliate marketing, and audio/video.
  • Partnering and collaborating with digital agencies running paid search and SEO.
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a high velocity of experimentation across the entire acquisition funnel, including collaborating with analytics, UX, product, and engineering to improve on-site conversion.
  • Collaborating closely with the product team to optimize landing pages, booking funnels, and other on-site interactions crucial for customer acquisition.
  • Using an analytical, data-driven approach (A/B tests), and being a data-driven contributor who helps develop and analyze test results for efficient customer acquisition.
  • Generating insights about our audience, market trends, and brand identity, and leveraging them to build and deploy compelling campaigns that boost new users.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to recommend and implement innovative strategies.

Requirements include:

  • Deep understanding of organic and paid marketing channels.
  • Experience developing highly performing direct response creative strategies.
  • Track record of scaling channels, developing and rolling out new campaigns, and comfortable managing multiple channels. Successfully scaled full funnel media budgets across a number of platform channels such as paid social, Google (Search, PMax, YouTube), audio (radio, podcasts, radio), forums (Reddit, Quora), direct mail, OOH, SEO, and affiliate.
  • Proven track record in conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to set goals, manage a budget, build forecasts, and deliver against monthly spend, CPA, LTV, and ROI targets across all forms of marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable information.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-obsessed with a creative mindset, caring deeply about customer experiences.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing and building programs that drive incremental results.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • College diploma or university degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in leading performance marketing and/or acquisition strategy development for a direct-to-consumer product or brand.
  • Direct experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.
  • Proficiency with various channels, content creation, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Proven ability to drive impact and return on investment.
  • Previous experience in a fast-growth technology and/or mobile app business is an asset.
