About the Opportunity
Nova Scotia Health Authority's innovative Care by Design program provides residents of long-term care facilities with high-quality and consistent primary care. The program aims to achieve quality of life for frail seniors and a suitable healthcare approach to meet their needs. As a Care by Design physician, you will join a collaborative team striving to improve continuity and quality of resident care in long-term care facilities.
