Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A-1 Pizza Port Hawkesbury. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to achieve profitability.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and storage to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
