Restaurant Operations Manager

A-1 Pizza Port Hawkesbury is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Financial Management: Analyze and manage restaurant budgets, controlling costs and maximizing revenue through effective inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies, driving growth and increasing customer engagement.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Proven track record of success in managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving sales growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
