Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A-1 Pizza Port Hawkesbury. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including menu engineering, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other financial responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
