Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at JAI PUSHPA AND CHRIS HOLDINGS LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of sales staff, managing store operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, including scheduling and task allocation
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a retail store environment, with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
