Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 sales associates, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Store Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, with a focus on customer service and sales.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.
