Position Overview

The Rumour Mill Bar & Grill is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to manage and streamline our administrative functions. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute administrative tasks to support the establishment's operations.
  • Assist in the formulation of the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial controls.
  • Compile data and create regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Conduct data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and assess administrative processes for continuous improvement.
  • Manage payroll administration effectively.
  • Plan and regulate budget and expenditures to align with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Guide and support staff in developing and implementing service quality assessment strategies.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
