About the Role

As an Event Operations Coordinator at Aramark, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless event execution. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of conference rooms and lounges, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster exceptional customer relationships through proactive service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Conference Planners to set up breakout or workshop rooms according to specified requirements.
  • Conduct thorough room inspections before each event using our quality assurance inspection sheet.
  • Maintain pristine facilities by performing tasks such as floor vacuuming, wall cleaning, window cleaning, and lighting verification.
  • Report any necessary repairs by submitting a work order to our Maintenance team.
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Refresh rooms after each event to guarantee optimal conditions for future gatherings.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide support when needed.
  • Work harmoniously with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Attend daily conference services lineups.
  • Prioritize workplace safety and maintain a safe environment for colleagues.

Requirements
  • Demonstrate efficient time management skills to ensure timely event readiness.
  • Preference given to candidates with one year of experience as a Banquet Set-up Person at a hotel.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

This role entails physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage may also be required.
