Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to join our team at SIMPLEX HR INC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation

Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Talent Acquisition and Management

Oversee the classification and rating of occupations, plan and develop recruitment strategies, and manage training and development programs.

Communication and Advisory Services

Develop and implement communication strategies, advise senior management on HR-related matters, and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.

Work Environment and Physical Capabilities

Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury, and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in human resources management.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Schedule

32 hours per week.
