About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Sriven Protection Services Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and implementing policies and programs that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our senior staff.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management processes to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and well-being.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior human resources role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of developing and implementing effective human resources strategies, excellent leadership and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
