Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Perfect Employment Centre Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel
  • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide timely support
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment opportunity
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
