IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at Go Auto, one of Canada's largest auto dealership groups.
About the Role:This is a full-time opportunity with flexible hours, where you will be working 8 hours within our core business hours of 7 am to 6 pm MDT. You will also be part of an after-hours on-call rotation.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to customers experiencing issues with installation, configuration, operation, and management of Go Auto managed services.
- Enter quality information into tickets and capture relevant data accurately.
- Contribute to self-help knowledge bases and documents typical requests, incidents, resolutions, and work-around procedures.
- Mentor, support, and cross-train other service desk and desk-side analysts.
- Grow deeper knowledge of current corporate products, increasing ability to resolve tickets on first contact.
- Responsible for hardware deployment and onsite support, including PCs, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.
- At least 2 years' experience in a Service Desk/Help Desk/Desk-Side Environment.
- Excellent telephone manner, strong communication skills, excellent organizational skills, self-motivated/drive, and flexibility.
- Desirable to have previous experience working with CDK Global or in the Automotive Retail Industry.
- Desirable to have experience working with Active Directory, Office 365, Windows, and a good understanding of networks.
