Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Robertson Construction Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our staff, including opening and distributing mail, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
