We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ELS Transport. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities such as data entry and report preparation.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform tasks that require attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
