Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at KC Films Ltd. as a key member of the management staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff.

A strong leader with excellent organizational skills is required to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing budgets, performing data entry, and overseeing office administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize productivity
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Manage budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative management
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
