We are a dynamic organization looking for a skilled Administrative Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, managing budgets, and leading a team of staff.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in an administrative role and a strong background in education and experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating administrative services, including finance, purchasing, and human resources.
  • Collecting and recording fees and preparing annual budgets.
  • DIRECTING AND ADVISING STAFF ENGAGED IN PROVIDING RECORDS MANAGEMENT, SECURITY, FINANCE, PURCHASING, HUMAN RESOURCES OR OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES.
  • Planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.

You will also be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and providing training for new staff members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background and relevant work experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
Benefits
