Administrative Coordinator Role for Organizational Success

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Khurana and Associates. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the efficiency of our office operations.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues. They will also be responsible for compiling data, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to minimize conflicts and optimize productivity.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role is necessary.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills are essential.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000. The successful candidate will also receive benefits, including paid vacation days, sick leave, and opportunities for professional development.
