Job Title: Profit Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Profit Centre Manager to join our team at BioPoint, Inc. As a Profit Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading all business operations at the Profit Centre, driving growth while sustaining consistent profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, gross profit, and profit-sharing goals
  • Recruit, develop, train, coach, evaluate, and manage the Profit Centre Team
  • Analyze financial reports and information to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure the Profit Centre meets or exceeds service expectations of customers
  • Take ownership of marketing plans and purchasing agreements
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain all Profit Centre assets
Requirements:
  • College and/or University degree
  • Minimum 3 years of wholesale distribution experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a management or leadership role
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
  • Driven to succeed with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to make sound business judgments
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience with or knowledge of plumbing and building products
  • Knowledge of the construction industry
  • Experience using Trend and Eclipse
