Job Title: Profit Centre Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Profit Centre Manager to lead our business operations at the Profit Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales, gross profit, and profit-sharing goals
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Analyze financial reports and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Perform other duties as required by the Regional Manager or President
Requirements:
- College and/or University degree
- Minimum 3 years of wholesale distribution experience
- Minimum 2 years in a management or leadership role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
- Driven to succeed with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to make sound business judgments
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with or knowledge of plumbing and building products
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Experience using Trend and Eclipse
