About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Pizza Pizza - Regent St. Fredericton. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Stock Management: Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30-35 hours per week.
