About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Pizza Pizza - Waterfront. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Food Handling and Safety
    • Handle and store food and beverages in a safe and sanitary manner.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
