About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Food Preparation: Package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take customers' orders, and handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
