About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Pizza Pizza - Waterfront. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as pizzas, salads, and sandwiches, to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Handling and Safety: Handle and store food and supplies in a clean and sanitary environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
