Executive Chef

Meltwich is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and lifting heavy objects.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
