Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet high culinary standards
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain quality and safety
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet customer demands and maintain high-quality standards
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to train and supervise staff
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work Environment

As a Cook at Humpty's Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
