About the Role

As a Senior Investment & Personal Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers throughout their financial journey. Your focus will be on delivering trusted financial advice and customized solutions using a financial planning approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full range of financial solutions to customers, including investment and credit products.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, focusing on providing a great client experience and growing long-standing relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with peers, customers, and partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of related experience selling investment and credit products.
  • Demonstrated sales management experience and the ability to market Scotiabank's products and services.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • A license to sell mutual funds and working towards the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or Bank recognized equivalent).
