About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Public Markets Integration and Servicing team. As a key member of the team, you will provide critical support to the Capital Markets Alternatives team by coordinating public markets investment activities and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate public markets investment support activities and operational matters with PSP investment support teams
  • Complete and coordinate critical priorities related to portfolio and investment transactions with a high degree of responsibility and accuracy
  • Support new deal process, assist, communicate and coordinate new deals' operationalization
  • Act as a central point of contact with regards to the Public Markets investment teams with internal business partners
  • Ensure Public Markets investment teams' business priorities are tracked and delivered on the right priorities
  • Contribute to portfolio reporting and presentations to inform key stakeholders in a fast-changing environment
  • Verification of completeness and accuracy of information - Identify, analyze, and respond to resolve issues and problems
Requirements
  • Undergraduate University degree in finance or other relevant field
  • A minimum of five (5) years of related working experience in Capital Markets or relevant field supporting Investment Management
  • In-depth knowledge of Public and Private financial transactions
  • Excellent ability to learn new computer systems and processes
  • Team player, enjoys a high-performance culture
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think through multifaceted problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience in portfolio operations, database concepts and investment finance processes, an asset
  • Strong knowledge of analytical tools and computer skills such as O365 suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI VBA, and SQL
  • Self-starter, innovative, thorough and organized team player
  • Capacity to adapt and show flexibility against fast moving and changing priorities
  • Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn)
