Corporate Debt Investment Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Debt Investment Specialist to join our team at PSP's Private Debt & Credit Investment (PDCI) group. This is a temporary, 15-month full-time position based in Montreal.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in corporate debt securities. They will work closely with our experienced investment team to develop and execute investment strategies that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate corporate debt securities for investment potential
  • Develop and maintain relationships with issuers and other industry professionals
  • Analyze financial statements and credit reports to assess credit risk
  • Contribute to the development of investment policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have a solid understanding of corporate finance and investment principles, as well as experience working with financial data and software.

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
