About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Public Markets Integration and Servicing to support the Capital Markets Alternatives team. As a key member of the team, you will provide operational support, coordinate investment activities, and ensure the delivery of business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and coordinate public markets investment support activities and operational matters with PSP investment support teams.
  • Complete and coordinate critical priorities related to portfolio and investment transactions with a high degree of responsibility and accuracy.
  • Support new deal process, assist, communicate, and coordinate new deals' operationalization.
  • Act as a central point of contact with regards to the Public Markets investment teams with internal business partners.
  • Ensure Public Markets investment teams' business priorities are tracked and delivered on the right priorities.
  • Contribute to portfolio reporting and presentations to inform key stakeholders in a fast-changing environment.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of information, identify, analyze, and respond to resolve issues and problems.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate University degree in finance or other relevant field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of related working experience in Capital Markets or relevant field supporting Investment Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of public and private financial transactions.
  • Excellent ability to learn new computer systems and processes.
  • Team player, enjoys a high-performance culture.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think through multifaceted problems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience in portfolio operations, database concepts, and investment finance processes, an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of analytical tools and computer skills such as O365 suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI VBA, and SQL.
  • Self-starter, innovative, thorough, and organized team player.
  • Capacity to adapt and show flexibility against fast-moving and changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn).
