Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Shamma auto sales & services ltd. This is a permanent position that requires the ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and hiring and training new employees. They will also be required to order merchandise, establish work schedules, and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Order merchandise and manage inventory
- Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
This is a permanent position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
