About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at MD's Convenience. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing assistance with product inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and responding to customer needs, making recommendations, and closing sales.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
  • Store Appearance: Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing, maintaining a high level of store appearance standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

As a Retail Sales Associate at MD's Convenience, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, and working as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
