About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at 10067051 Manitoba Inc. as a Sales Associate - Retail. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice on merchandise and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts, estimate or quote prices, and maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support visual merchandising efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a high level of energy and productivity, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
