Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to advise customers on merchandise.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the display and maintenance of merchandise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
