Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and responding to customer needs, making recommendations, and closing sales.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be required to work in a team environment, lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
