About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Mobil | 10076987 Manitoba LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, as well as process returns and exchanges.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Participate in Promotional Activities: Participate in sales promotions, product demonstrations, and other in-store events to drive sales and engage customers.
  • Verify Age for Age-Restricted Products: Verify the age of customers when selling age-restricted products, such as lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products.
Work Environment

Our retail environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work in a team environment and be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate for this position.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is an asset.
