Accoravillage is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and delivering a positive experience to every customer.
- Sales and Productivity: Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals, and maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
