Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading a team of sales associates to achieve store objectives, including sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store objectives
  • Develop and implement merchandise strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and customer service
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and District Manager to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Ensure a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment
  • Experience mobilizing a team towards a common goal
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
